Intended parents and gestational carriers each have independent legal representation to review and negotiate the surrogacy agreement. Journey funds are managed by an independent escrow company, with both in place before embryo transfer.

We coordinate screening and preparation with qualified professionals. For gestational carriers, this includes medical, psychological, and background screening. Intended parents complete their own preparation and consultations so both sides can move forward informed.

Once the necessary clearances and agreements are complete, the fertility team directs treatment and embryo transfer. Arden helps coordinate communication and logistics and remains available throughout this stage.

We help coordinate birth planning with your medical and legal teams, clarify expectations, and support the transition after delivery. Our relationship continues through the agreed postpartum support period.
